In t-minus a few hours I will be hitting the road to Arizona to meet up with family so I’m going to make this quick.
Runners world sends out a really great newsletter and this week was no exception.

By the end, I was in tears. They were talking about running, but if you’ve followed my story you know how much energy and healing I get from something like this.

The coffee cup Nick uses to brew coffee and then empties into a travel mug for work is sitting on the counter by the sink. There is a coffee stain ringing the bottom of the cup.
